Safety doors and curtains

It’s not always about productivity. Sometimes it's about worker safety. Injured workers mean a short-handed team, thus putting more pressure and stress on other employees. By increasing safety measures, the customer helps his workforce. An easy way to provide more security is by adding photoeyes and other presence detectors. However, some customers want to offer maximum protection to their employees. So we’ve added a few features to our safety fences such as rolling curtains and automatic doors.

Curtain up

The entrance rolling curtain automatically goes down at the beginning of the cycle (blocking the entrance) and the exit curtain automatically opens when the cycle is completed. No one can enter the wrap zone while the machine is in operation.

The second feature is similar to the previous one, but applies to automatic conveyorized machines. Doors are placed at the beginning and at the end of the process conveyor. The door opens only when the load is ready to enter the wrap zone and closes immediately behind it preventing anyone from going into the wrap zone.

We all know safety is important for both personnel and machinery. With this phone booth style enclosure, plant personnel avoid injuries during wrap cycle and hazardous forklift incidents.
