The In-line top sheet dispenser, used to protect the load from dust, is located before the wrapper. The top sheet plastic is applied as the load moves forward on the conveyor, minimizing time in the wrapping zone. |

The In-cycle top sheet dispenser is located inside the wrap zone. The top sheet plastic is applied during the wrap cycle. The load is wrapped with a first layer of film from bottom to top then the top sheet is applied before the wrap cycle continues. The load is weatherproof since all moisture is able to escape between the two layers of film, never touching the load.
