• Machine: WRT-150
Challenge: The customer had an 8-foot ceiling (96”). Our standard WRT-150 unit is 117 ½” tall.
Solution: The machine height was reduced to 90 1⁄8” and the wrap height was reduced to 50”. The resulting machine could wrap a 56” x 56” x 50” load. Check it out!

Challenge: Wrap an unstable load on a turntable.
Solution: Electric top platen with 36” diameter foam pad. Top platen up⁄down motion is achieved by dual #40 chains in a dual structural steel boom. The top platen goes down until it sits on top of the load (stabilizing the load), wraps cycle occurs, top platen goes back to home position and is ready for the next load. |
