Challenge:

The customer receives container loads of tires that must be bundled in groups of 10. Due to load instability, a top platen was needed. The customer also wanted automatic film attachment and cut-off.

Solution:

The SMLPA-200 with the deluxe control panel. The deluxe panel offers up to 6 different wrap patterns, plus an electric top platen to stabilize the load.
