Challenge:

The customer's production was very high. Pallets were stack rapidly and not always straight. What made this application a challenge was the high production volume required while dealing with crooked and sometime unstable loads. This customer was also very keen on efficiency. Down time had to be kept at a minimum.

Solution:

A customized WCRT-200 featuring a long list of options, including:

• 30 RPM arm speed
• 30” carriage
• Cycle counted
• Stop device for light pallet
• 12.5' process conveyor
• 6000 lbs pallet jack access chain conveyor
• 12” wrap height extension
