Challenge:

The customer's product was electrical wires. Loads size was std 43 x 43 and about 52” high. Customer required a production of 45 lph. He also wanted the unit to have his company colors and wanted to wrap down to the bottom of the pallet. Special voltage and programming specification also made this application a challenge.

Solution:

A customized WCRT-200 featuring a list of options, including:

• Enclosure side mounted touch screen
• Remote pedestal station with load release button
• Pop-up unit
• 11 extra 5' powered roller conveyor section
• Film loading position feature on touch screen
• Special paint color
• Power Transformer to accommodate 575V power supply
