Challenge:

The client needed to wrap loads of hay. These loads are very unstable, have high puncture hazards and are wrapped in extremely cold conditions - often in below-freezing temperatures. The client needed 9 wraps at the top of all loads and 9 wraps at the bottom, as well as overlap on both top and bottom.

Solution:

We recommended the WRT-200 or WRTA-200 with the pop-up device option to wrap under the load, along with a 30” film carriage for faster throughput and a cold temperature package.
