Challenge:

The customer's production was cosmetics personal care shampoo. Loads size was std 48 x 40 and about 92” high. Customer required a production of 60 lph. Loads also needed to be weighed before being wrapped and customer had a special PLC model request.

 

Solution:

A customized WCA-200 featuring a list of options, including:

  • 22 RPM turntable speed
  • 30” carriage
  • Scale system
  • Wrap height extension
  • GE CPU 350 modual serie 90-30 PLC
