Challenge:

The customer needed to quality wrap rolls of non-woven material ranging from 26” to 60” in diameter while also securing the support (slip sheet) with the product. What's more, the system had to accommodate loads reaching up to 108” in height.

 

Solution:

A highly customized WCA-200 that featured a long list of options, including:

  • 64” BFR
  • Dual state pop up
  • Electric top platen
  • Platform scale package
  • Height extension to allow 116” wrap height
  • NEMA 12 control panel
  • 30” pass height
