Our ongoing mission to provide superior customer service continues with the parts depot located in Champlain, New York. We have done some testing and it is now 100% operational with the majority of our spare parts.

In the past, safety regulations at customs meant our shipping cut-off time was 9:30 a.m. Thanks to the new Champlain depot, the deadline for ordering parts has been pushed back to 4:30 p.m. EST. Please continue to follow our normal procedure for ordering parts.
NOTE: A $10 handling fee will be charged for parts ordered after 3:00 p.m. EST.
