Option: |
To Retrofit a Stretch Wrapper, with an EC-20” or 30” carriage. It is easily adapted to all machine makes. Please note that if 10” film is used on the standard 20” carriage, then the Carriage Film Adaptor Option is needed. The carriage tension system works with a hydraulic system. When the table or arm turns with the film attached to the load, it automatically activates a pump that transports the oil from a reservoir to the pump, via a valve. This is the same valve that the operator uses to adjusts to get the amount of tension required. More restriction to the valve equals more tension; less restriction to the valve equals less tension. Please refer to the drawing for mounting (plate). It is the distributor's responsibility to fit the mounting plate or to have an adaptor plate fabricated for the retrofit carriage so that it can be mounted properly to the existing machine. This option does not include the auto height photoeye. If it is required, an extra charge will be added to the price for an auto height photoeye bracket assembly, one photoeye and a coil cable to bring the electricity. It is also the distributor's responsibility to install and determine the feasibility of the retrofit on a competitor's machine |
