Increase Productivity with a Wulftec^® Retrofit System

Heat Seal Unit

Option:

To retrofit a heat seal unit on an automatic stretch wrapper. For easy installation, the unit is pedestal mounted on the side of an outfeed powered conveyor section.

Floating head design with individually spring loaded heater heads to adjust to variable load profiles. Each head is made with impulse driven high efficiency heat wires which stay cool between each sealing cycle for safety and for extended life. 18” stroke guide cylinder allows broad load width range. Full unit guard cover for added safety.

• PLC and program sequence in control box.
• Installation Instructions and electrical schematics.
• Communication dry contact links with the existing conveyor system.
• Heat seal unit on pedestal. Adjustable height for 12" to 22" conveyor pass height range.

230VAC ⁄ 3PH ⁄ 60Hz ⁄ 10Amps (Other voltage available, consult factory).
3cfm @ 80psi clean dry air.
