Option: |
To retrofit a heat seal unit on an automatic stretch wrapper. For easy installation, the unit is pedestal mounted on the side of an outfeed powered conveyor section. Floating head design with individually spring loaded heater heads to adjust to variable load profiles. Each head is made with impulse driven high efficiency heat wires which stay cool between each sealing cycle for safety and for extended life. 18” stroke guide cylinder allows broad load width range. Full unit guard cover for added safety. The unit comes with its own controls and with 2 dry contact communications to link with the existing conveyor system.
