Increase Productivity with a Wulftec^® Retrofit System

In Line Top Sheet Dispenser Unit without conveyor

Option:

To retrofit an automatic in line top sheet dispenser unit over an existing conveyor section.

The unit is supported by an overhead port structure to be installed straddling a powered conveyor section.

The top sheet unit features auto height sensing device, bottom film loading, double chain driven vertical motion, lack of top sheet alarm light, 60" to 72" top sheet roll width capacity, top sheet up/down manual mode, and load flow control photoeyes.

The unit comes with its own controls and with 7 dry contact communications to link with the conveyor system.

“Upstream conveyor ready to feed load”

Dry contact output:
“Top sheet conveyor ready to receive load”

Dry contact output:
“Top sheet conveyor ready to discharge load”

Dry contact Input:
“Downstream conveyor ready to receive load”

Dry contact output:
“Top sheet conveyor run forward”

Dry contact output:
“Top sheet conveyor run reverse”

Dry contact input:
“Top sheet conveyor drive overload”

230VAC ⁄ 3PH ⁄ 60Hz ⁄ 10Amps (Other voltage available, consult factory).
