Mainly used when light products are wrapped. This option can also be used when a shorter product is wrapped since the rollers are installed towards the wrapping zone providing a better support to the product. A regulator is installed on the machine frame. The pressure can be adjusted depending of the requirements and the product to be wrapped. Side Guides This device is used to center the product in place on the infeed conveyor and also to hold it in place while the film is rotating, so it does not shift during the wrapping cycle. This device is made to move loads that are light. Other devices are available for heavier products - please consult factory. Transformer Brings the customer power supply (must be specified) to the standard required power for the unit which is 230/3/60. Heat Seal Heat seals the film tail at the end of the cycle. Teflon coated heating wire impulse comes warm to seal the film. The shape and/or temperature of the package does not affect the sealing since the film is sealed against the last layer of film and not against the product. Bridge Conveyor Supports the load while being wrapped when it is too short to cross the gap between the infeed and the outfeed conveyors and also to drive the stretch film out with the loads. Dual Bridge Conveyor Supports small and large loads in width and drives the film out with the loads. Conveyors
