Standard Coils
- This is our standard strap dispenser
- 2 sets of pulleys to handle the accumulation of strap
- Electric brake to stop the coil from unwinding
- Can be positioned straight or at 90°
- Can accept coils of 16” ID X 6” wide X 25” OD
- A proximity sensor detects the lowered swing arm position, signaling the electric brake to stop the spool from spinning once the accumulator is full
- The electric brake is controlled by the strapper via a relay
- Overall dimensions: 16½” L x 40” W x 57” H
Jumbo Coils
- Replace the standard strap dispenser for a motorized Jumbo coil strap dispenser that can accept coils of 16” ID X 7,5” wide X 25” OD
- A 460V Nord brake motor to control the spool rotation speed and stops it once the accumulator is full
- The motor is controlled by the strapper via an Allen Bradley PowerFlex VFD
- Overall dimensions: 22” L x 42½” W x 61¾” H
Super Jumbo Coils
- Replace the standard strap dispenser for a motorized Super Jumbo coil strap dispenser with hoist that can accept coil of 16” ID X 12” wide X 32” OD
- Includes manual crane with hook to reload strap coil
- A 460V Nord brake motor to control the spool rotation speed and stops it once the accumulator is full
- The motor is controlled by the strapper via Allen Bradley PowerFlex VFD
- Overall dimensions: 96” L x 71¼” W x 120¼” H
Ultra Jumbo Coils
- Significantly reduces the number of changeovers required to replenish strap, a full pallet of Ultra-Jumbo coils can be loaded on to the turntable eliminating the manual manipulation of smaller strap coils
- Includes a 5,000 lbs. capacity turntable to accept a full pallet of Jumbo PET strap coils, strap accumulation take-up pulleys, and controls to interface with the customers strapping machine
- The dispenser is controlled by an Allen Bradley Micro800 PLC and PowerFlex VFD: the interface with the strapping machine is achieved via dry contact communications
- Overall dimensions: 122” L x 82” W x 61¾” H
