STEP 1 : Choose your turntable

Wulftec offer two turntable choices: Low or high profile.

Low profile models can be loaded by pallet jacks with ramp (optional) and/or fork truck and wraps 2”above the turntable.

For fork truck loading only, we recommend the high profile.

  • Built to resist any shocks fork truck drivers make them endure
  • You don’t need as much precision to place the pallet and the raised turntable increases its visibility, helping with load positioning
  • Product leaks, spills or damages are easier to clean as they don’t end up under the turntable.
  • Wraps the entire load with the pallet

Low profile models:
SML-150 – SML- 200 – SML-EXT – SML-277

High profile models:
SMH-150 – SMH-200 – SMH-SPL – SMH-HVY

Step 2: Choose your wrap height

Standard wrap height on all turntable semi-automatic machines is 80”

Height extensions are available in 12” increments – up to a maximum height of 128” on low profile models and 116” on high profile models

Machine height can exceed by up to 8” when carriage is in upmost position

Step 3: Choose your carriage

The standard carriage on all semi-automatic turntable wrappers is the 20” NO-THREAD® powered pre-stretch carriage. But you can also choose between:

  • 20” NO-THREAD® powered pre-stretch
  • 20” Hydraulic carriage (No pre-stretch)
  • 30” NO-THREAD® powered pre-stretch
  • 30” Hydraulic carriage (No pre-stretch)

The hydraulic carriage is mainly used in netting application or for pre-stretched film.

20” film can be used on 30” carriage simply by adding an autoheight adaptor bracket. This will allow more flexibility

Step 4: Choose your control panel

Different control panels allow for different level of customization, options and program changes

Basic (not available on SMH-CRW, SMLPA and SMHPA models)
