In this Yes, We Do This! we are reviewing a customized VarioMaster 9490 horizontal strapping system designed for the Brick and Block Industry. The goal of this application was to secure a single layer of bricks within 15 seconds of cycle time and to position the strap at 1.5 inch from the conveyor top. This horizontal strapper features a 5 horsepower Nord gear motor, reduced preventative maintenance items, lightweight arch and much more.
